Welcome to day 16! glad you can make it this far and i want to congratulate you for choosing to workout out with my daily training routines. today we're doing hiit and upper body. two facts: 1. Here it is, day #11 of the daily workout programme! today we're starting with some nice cardio and then we're doing upper body. i know it's not easy and it's going to burn but it's worth it! good.
